Zoning Regulations

It would be impossible to accurately list the various projects and uses that would be allowed in the various zones in the City of Waterville on this page.  Therefore, it is recommended that individuals contact the Code Office for more accurate information.

When requested, the Code Office also does on-site reviews of projects prior to purchase, expansion or renovating.

The Code Office is also charged with enforcing the Property Maintenance Ordinance in the City.  This responsibility primarily involves inspecting multifamily housing units for compliance.
