The Human Resource Officer is responsible for all personnel and benefit administration, new hire enrollments, and assists with the contract negotiation process. The Human Resource Officer handles all workers compensation claims and processes, and prepares a variety of state and federal personnel reports.
The Human Resource Officer is also the co-chair of the City's Safety Committee and responsible for workplace safety regulations.
