Steering Committee

The primary purpose of the Sustain Mid-Maine Steering Committee is to provide support and assistance to Team Leaders in order to reach the goals of the 2020 Vision. This will include reviewing progress with the Team Leaders and providing resources when possible. It is understood that until the Coalition decides otherwise, the Steering Committee is empowered to make decisions on its behalf. Generally speaking such decisions will be limited to the allocation of resources and matter of policy in keeping with the goals of the 2020 Vision

In addition, the Steering Committee will:
• Engage Mid-Maine Communities
• Assist with establishing effective communication systems – both internal and external
• Coordinate meetings/trainings of Team leaders as needed
• Convene Catalyst group meetings as needed
• Act as resource for other communities interested in a Catalyst

Next Meeting:  March 8 at 5:00PM in the Mayor's Conference Room in Waterville City Hall.
