Recycling Information

 The City of Waterville now offers single-stream (no sort), curbside recycling to its residents.  Collection takes place on the 1st and 3rd full weeks of each month, on your regular rubbish collection day.  No special bins are required, however, recyclables must be in containers clearly labeled, "recycling" or "recycle."  Plastic or metal containers/bins are acceptable.

Additional Recycling Locations and Information:

A recycling facility is located at the Shredding on Site facility at 46 Armory Road in Waterville.  Recyclables can be dropped off Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Television Sets - Old television sets may be taken to Capitol Transfer/Pine Tree Waste located on the Airport Road in Waterville. A disposal fee will be charged per television set. For more information, please contact Capitol Transfer/Pine Tree Waste at 873-1219.

Skill's Recycling on the Industrial Road in Waterville also accepts televisions. For more information visit their website at skillsrecycling.org.

Computers - Old computer equipment may be taken to the Skill's Recycling Center located on the Industrial Road in Waterville. For more information, please contact Skill's Recycling Center directly at 877-0522.
