Winter Parking Ban

The City of Waterville reminds motorists that a Winter Parking Ban will begin on December 1, 2009 and will remain in effect through April 30, 2010.  On street parking is prohibited between the hours of 11:59 PM and 6:01 AM.  Overnight parking is available in the Head of Falls parking lot off Front Street.  Parking is also allowed in the Concourse, except during overnight snow removal operations.  Signs will be posted at the entrances to the Concourse by 10:00 AM on the day that snow removal operations are planned.
