The following are the qualifications for the free in home consultaion to see if an energy audit is recommended.

Property located in Waterville or Winslow
Owner not receiving any energy assistance through LIHEAP (separate program administered through KVCAP)
Home experiencing ice dams, frozen pipes or feels drafty
Excessive fuel use. ½ gal or more of fuel oil per square foot of the heated living space per year.
Heating system over 20 years old
Basement and foundation constructed of stone and is damp
No visible signs of insulation in attic or walls or less than 12 inches in attic.
Willingness to invest in improving the energy efficiency of the home
