Human Resources

The Human Resource (HR) Officer is responsible for job postings and the collection of resumes and applications, the administration of all personnel and benefits, new hire enrollments, and assisting with contract negotiations. The HR Officer handles all worker's compensation claims and processes and prepares a variety of state and federal personnel reports.

The HR Officer is also the co-chair of the City's Safety Committee and is responsible for workplace safety regulations.
