The Alfond Municipal Pool Complex, located just outside the downtown area offers a refreshing escape, inviting residents and visitors alike to dive into a world of aquatic adventure.

Enjoy the crystal-clear water and soak up the sunshine as you swim in our spacious pool or lounge in the zero-depth entry area. Little ones will delight in the excitement of our kiddie pool, complete with a frog slide and squirt animals. Thrill-seekers 48” tall and up can make a splash on one of our swirly slides.

The pool depth ranges from zero entry to 6 feet and caters to swimmers of all ages and abilities.  The bathhouse provides changing space and restrooms and our concession stand sells everything from sunscreen and goggles to cold water and soda to chips, candy, and popcorn.

Our pool is surrounded by a large lawn space, perfect for picnics and sunbathing and the covered pavilion offers shade and picnic tables. Bring the whole family for a day of outdoor enjoyment! It’s the perfect destination for spending a couple hours poolside, or an entire day at the park.

The Alfond Municipal Pool Complex is operated by the Alfond Youth & Community Center through a community partnership with the City of Waterville. The pool is owned and maintained by the City of Waterville Parks & Recreation Department.
