The City of Waterville reminds motorists that a Winter Parking Ban will begin on December 1st and will remain in effect through April 30th. On street parking is prohibited between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Overnight parking is available in the Head of Falls parking lot off Front Street. Parking is also allowed in the Concourse, except during overnight snow removal operations.
