Site Activities as follows by Prime Contractor: Cianbro and subcontractor: Suncoast Reinforcing LLC

  • Began installing forms and rebar for abutment 1 back wall. 
  • Formed and placed concrete for abutment 2 breastwall and then pedestals. 
  • Erected the center run of girders on the pier. 
  • Continued work on gantry foundation G-2.

  • Completed steel girder removal on westbound spans.
  • Removed Pier stem forms. 
  • Continued Abutment 1 demo, and cutting micro piles to plan elevation. 
  • Excavated to bedrock, pressure washing and cleaning bedrock for Abutment 2
  • Installed access for existing piers for demo. 
  • Completed tree clearing in Waterville, mobilized to Winslow to continue clearing.
