Purpose
The Kennebec Region Development Authority (KRDA) was established to oversee the planning and implementation of FirstPark, Maine's leading business and technology center.
The KRDA consists of 24 local communities that have agreed to collaborate on costs and revenues related to the FirstPark development, with expenses and future tax revenue distributed based on each municipality's total valuation.
