Purpose
The Board shall prepare a comprehensive plan for the development of the city with public input and in accordance with Chapter 187, subchapter II, Title 30-A §4311, et seq., administer the Subdivision, Site Review Ordinance, review general use exception to the City Council on request for rezoning and vacations of paper streets.
