Purpose
The Committee shall serve as an advisory body to the Parks and Recreation Director and the City Council. The Committee is tasked with evaluating and recommending strategies to enhance recreational programing and facilities within the City, ensuring alignment with community needs and fiscal responsibility.

| Membership | Membership shall be 7 members and comprised of a City Councilor, a representative from Alfond Youth Community Center, a representative from Friends of Quarry Road, a representative from Waterville Public Schools and two citizens at large and the Parks and Recreation Director.
